Lorenz - Calisthenics Coach

Hi, I’m Lorenz — a personal trainer and coach. Over the past few years, I’ve helped more than 50 people transform their bodies and lives.

But a few years ago, my life looked completely different. I was skinny, shy, and dissatisfied with how things were going. One day, I thought: Why not give calisthenics a try?
I ended up dislocating my shoulder over 30 times, injuries hunted me and it felt like that this sport was not made for my body. Through trial and error, I probably made every mistake possible, but those setbacks became my greatest teachers.

Over the years, I’ve worked with expert coaches, earned certifications, attendet seminar and workshops. Skills like the handstand or muscle-up continue to fascinate me.

In 2022, I launched my Calisthenics Coaching Program and my Instagram channel to share that passion. Within a year, I reached 100k followers.

Today, We help people from all over the world learn calisthenics, build body control, and develop strong, athletic physiques. I truly believe that your body is the ultimate tool — and that calisthenics unlocks its full potential

Hi, I’m Nanina,  a nutrition scientist with a Master’s degree and a competitive athlete with a passion for Olympic Weightlifting and CrossFit.

From an early age, I’ve been fascinated by the impact nutrition has on our bodies and minds. That curiosity led me to dive deep into understanding how what we eat influences our health, energy, and overall well-being.

My mission is to help people understand how nutrition works – in a way that’s simple, approachable, and easy to apply.

Because staying fit and performing at your best doesn’t have to be complicated – it’s about learning the right strategies and making them work for you.
